Our cabins are fully furnished two story houses with decks, most that overlook the South fork of the Stanislaus River. The cabins made available on this site --are 3 bedroom, 2 bath and are furnished to accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Each cabin is furnished with a King bed in the master, 1 queen-size bed in each of the remaining bedrooms, and a queen sleeper couch in the living room. Each cabin has a gas fireplace, TV/DVD, free WiFi and is stocked with fresh linens and towels. The kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, range, pots and pans, and basic utensils. The setting of the cabins may be rural, but the accommodations are modern and convenient for our guests. Vehicles can pull up close to the cabins for easy unpacking. Full refund minus $35 surcharge for all change or cancellation made 30 days prior to reservation. Housekeeping Cleaning-Damage Deposit of $200 due at check in. This will be returned within 14 working days of departure if all housekeeping requirements are met and no extra cleaning or repairs are necessary. In some cabins pets are acceptable with prior approval and an additional $50 pet deposit per pet plus tax. (max 2) Light housekeeping is required of cabin guests before departure. Floors must be swept and vacuumed, kitchens cleaned with dishes washed and put away, beds stripped and trash put out. Due to extreme drought conditions, one complete set of linens per cabin will be provided.
